1. The customer shall be identified with an identity card, which must be the contract holder.
2. The customer provides the courier with a copy of his/her ID card from both sides. He/she handwrites "True to original!", the date and signs.
3. The courier gives to the customer for signature: the Consumer Credit Application-Declaration, 2 copies of the Consumer Credit Agreement, 2 copies of the Insurance Certificate and the General Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Cover - if the credit is protected and the invoice.
- Consumer Credit Application Statement - Customer shall enter his/her full name, SSN, city, date in the spaces provided and sign "APPLICANT".
- Consumer Credit Agreement:
Pages 1 through 4 - Customer signs in the lower right hand corner "CONSUMER"
Page 5 - enters their full name and signs "CONSUMER". Completes the declaration, at the bottom of the page with city and date and signs on " consumer".
THE DECLARATION IS ONLY TO BE FILLED IN WHEN THE GOODS ARE PHYSICALLY HANDED OVER TO THE CUSTOMER, AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT!

4. Once all the above documents have been completed and signed in all the places indicated, the courier will check for omissions or errors.
5. For the customer it remains:
- A copy of the consumer credit agreement
- Certificate of Insurance and Terms and Conditions of Insurance Coverage, if the loan is protected
- Original invoice
6. The customer must return to the merchant the following set of documents:
- Consumer Credit Application -declaration (signed )
- Consumer Credit Agreement ( signed )
- Copy of the customer's ID card (signed, true to original)
- A copy of the Certificate of Insurance, if the credit is protected (signed).
- Copy of invoice (signed)
- Other documents if previously requested (signed)
All documents shall be signed in the presence of the supplier (courier) and then handed over to the same.
