By using the BESTAUTO.BG website, any of its menus, categories or subcategories, sections or subsections, as well as the creation, development and termination of any legal relationship arising from the use of this website, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website, as well as by any other terms and conditions governing individual legal relationships conditioned by its use. Under the circumstances set out in the preceding sentence, you also grant your consent to the collection and use, for the purposes of the website and the legal relationships conditional upon it, of the personal information you provide.

General Terms and Conditions of Distance Purchase Contracts within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act between
"BEST SHOPPING", a single-member limited liability company registered in the city of Peshtera, UIC202483628 with its registered office and registered address in the city of Peshtera, ul. Ivan Tsveev 16, hereinafter referred to as"SUPPLIER" on the one hand,
and on the other - the person who has agreed to these "General Terms and Conditions", hereinafter referred to as"USER", in connection with the ordering and purchase of the goods offered through the BESTAUTO.BG e-shop
The USER declares that he/she is aware of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and that any active action on his/her part or the maintenance of a passive behaviour once the BESTAUTO.BG website is loaded in the browser constitutes an express electronic declaration within the meaning of the Electronic Document Act that he/she agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
- An active action constitutes a click/click/selection of an electronic link or button on the BESTAUTO.EN

3. Content
3.1 The Content defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized images, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text or multimedia content presented on the Site, is the exclusive property of BEST SHOPPING Ltd. and all rights acquired in this respect, directly or indirectly (through license to use and/or publish), are reserved to it
3.2 The User or the Customer is not allowed to copy,distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, including any content in any context other than that originally intended by Bestauto.bg, incorporate any content outside the Bestauto.bg Site, remove the signs that mark the copyright on the content, as well as participate in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying on a court
3.3 User or Customer may copy, transfer and/or use the Content only for personal or non-commercial purposes, only if they do not contravene the provisions of this document.
3.4 Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by the document or the use agreement accompanying it, if any, is prohibited.
4. Contact for Customers and Users
4.1 Bestauto.bg publishes on the Site complete and accurate Customer and User identification and contact information.
4.2 By using the contact form or service on the Site, a User or Customer automatically allows Bestauto.bg to contact them by any means available, including electronic means.
4.3 The Customer expressly declares that the contact details provided (e-mail, telephone number, delivery address) belong to him and that they will be used by Bestauto.bg for correspondence with the Customer.
5. Online Sales Policy
5.1 Access to the service
5.2 Access to the Service is permitted to any User who owns or creates an account on the Site.
5.3 In order to allow a User access to the Services, it is necessary to accept the provisions of the Document.
5.4 Each User may have a single Account.
5.5 A User may at any time request the deletion of their Account. In this case, the deletion shall be made only after all validly submitted requests have been fulfilled and the due price and shipping costs have been paid accordingly.
5.6 Bestauto.bg is entitled to cancel an order after prior notification to the Customer, without any obligation between the parties and without either party claiming compensation in the following situations:
- Error/cancellation of online transactions
- Failure of the Customer's card issuing bank to accept the transaction for online payments
- Provision of incomplete or inaccurate data by the Customer
- The Customer's activity may damage the Bestauto website.en or the company
- Consecutive deliveries failed due to Customer's fault
- Other valid reasons (unjustified creation and cancellation of more than three orders within 30 days)
6. Products and Services
6.1 Products and/or Services purchased through the Service are intended solely for the Customer's personal use.
6.2 All tariffs for the products or services presented on the Site are expressed in BGN and include VAT. The prices indicated for individual goods are for the respective number and the conditions for free delivery are valid for purchases in excess of BGN 39.44. A user wishing to pay the price in a foreign currency within the meaning of the Foreign Exchange Act shall make arrangements with a representative of the Bestauto.bg e-shop for the calculation of the exact amount of the price of the goods ordered in the relevant foreign currency.
6.3 Bestauto.bg has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to the users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of placing the order.
6.4 In the event of technical errors made by the user in the information provided by him when placing the order, Bestauto.bg shall have the right to refuse the execution of the order without compensation to the user. In the case of amounts paid by the user for a particular order(s) that for the above reasons cannot be fulfilled, Bestauto.bg shall be obliged to refund them.
6.5 Customer discounts are not valid for products on promotion or with reduced prices.
6.6 Payment for products and/or services purchased through the service can be made both online with a debit/credit card and by courier delivery in cash.
6.7 The invoice for the purchased products is issued only in BGN using the information provided by the Customer in the respective form. Bestauto.bg is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Customer for the invoice or for the inability to deduct costs due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.
6.8 In the case of online card payments, Bestauto.bg is/cannot be held liable for any other additional costs submitted by the Customer, including but not limited to the currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of his/her card if the currency of issue differs from BGN. The Customer is solely responsible for this action.
7. Delivery
7.1 The goods ordered for purchase shall be delivered with appropriate packaging and transport to the delivery address specified by the User within a reasonable period agreed between the Subcontractor of the online store Bestauto.bg and the User.
7.2 "BEST SHOPPING" Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or impossibility of performance in the event that this is due to the fault of the courier making the delivery or delay caused by circumstances beyond the control of "BEST SHOPPING" Ltd.
For orders with a total value of the items over 39,44lv the delivery is FREE to any point in Bulgaria, regardless of whether it is to an address.
For orders with a total value of the items below 39,44lv the delivery prices are as follows:

8. 44.44 44.44 Cancellation and return of product
8.1 The Customer may return the products purchased under the Contract and is entitled to receive the full amount paid for the products in the following situations:
8.2 The Products have gross defects that render them non-conforming
8.3 The products delivered are different from the order placed
8.4 Products have manufacturing defects
8.5 The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of 1. Conclusion of the contract- in case of a service contract; 2. Acceptance of the goods by the Customer or by a third party other than the carrier and nominated by the Customer- in the case of a contract of sale; 3. In the case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or parts, from the date on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer accepts the last lot or part.
8.6 The Customer of BEST SHOPPING LTD shall not be entitled to return any products purchased and/or shall not be entitled to claim any damages in the following situations:
8.7 If the return request for any Intent to Return situation that exceeds the 14 day period.
8.8 If a product is returned on the grounds set out in Article 8.2 and the returned product is not in the same condition as it was delivered (with all documents and items that accompany it)
8.9 If the products are made according to the specifications provided by the Customer or clearly customized
9. Disputes
9.1 By using/visiting/viewing/etc. the Site and/or any Content sent by BEST SHOPPING LTD to the User/Customer by accessing and/or sending by various means, he/she agrees to the provisions of the "Terms and Conditions".
9.2 Any dispute in respect of these Terms and Conditions that may arise between User/Customer and BEST SHOPPING LTD will be resolved amicably.
9.3 Bearing in mind the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EU) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EU, BEST SHOPPING Ltd. offers the User/Customer the possibility to choose how to resolve any possible disputes out of court using the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (SOL platform), a digital tool created by the European Commission to facilitate the resolution of disputes out of court independently, impartially, transparently, efficiently, quickly and fairly , disputes that relate to contractual obligations arising from contracts for the sale or provision of online services h

Delivery and payment
Delivery
Deliveries are made within 1 to 20 working days after our employee contacts the customer by phone.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
- Goods are shipped after confirmation from the customer.
- The costs of imposed payments and insurance are borne by Bestauto.bg.
We work with Econt Express (on request and to address ).
- For orders with a total value of items over 39,44lv delivery is FREE to any point in Bulgaria, whether it is to the recipient's address or to an Econt office.

Cancellation under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act Every consumer has the right to cancel the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. The packaging of the goods as well as the goods themselves must not be damaged or used by the customer. The transport costs for delivery and return of the goods shall be borne by the consumer.
The customer has the right to refuse receipt of the goods requested for purchase by him when they are delivered to him under one of the following conditions:
- The
- goods delivered clearly do not correspond to the goods requested for purchase by the Customer and this can be ascertained by simple inspection.
- The price to be paid by the Customer does not correspond to the price payable.
- in the event of a discrepancy between the goods requested for purchase and the goods delivered which could not be ascertained at the time of delivery,
the Customer may request that the goods delivered to him be replaced with goods corresponding to the purchase request made by him within 24 hours of receipt.
The Customer shall have the right, without compensation, to withdraw from the concluded contract within 7 days from the day following receipt of the goods. In this case, the Customer must return the goods in their original packaging and with their integrity intact. In the event of non-fulfillment of this condition, "bestauto.bg" reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and accordingly not to pay the costs incurred in its purchase by the Customer.

To purchase goods on installment basis, the minimum value of the product or the sum of them must be 100LV. When you have a sum of products worth more than 100lv and they are added to the shopping cart, there is a "Buy with TBI Bank Credit" button inside the shopping cart. The total loan amount, what the installment will be, how much you will pay in total and the annual interest rate are indicated. Warranties and claims
All products that have a warranty offered by our website are mentioned in the respective product.
Products are new, in original packaging.
The warranties offered by BESTAUTO.BG are on paper and sent together with the product.
In order for us to accept and process a claim for a product purchased from us, you must provide us with:
- Goods Receipt / Invoice / Cash Receipt
- Warranty Card
Warranty service is carried out as follows:
- The
- transport costs of sending the warranty product are borne by you.
- Once we have identified the fault, the product will be repaired within 30 days or replaced with a new one.
- Once the product has been repaired or replaced, it will be sent back to your convenient Econt office at our expense,
and we will refund you the amount you paid for the cruise fee when sending the warranty product to us.
A claim must be made to the Seller. When making a claim, you must state the subject matter of the claim, your preferred method of settling the claim, the amount claimed accordingly, and a contact address.
You have the right to make a claim in the following circumstances:
- Non-conformity of the product received with what was agreed upon at the time of sale.
- In case of manufacturing defects and non-conformities occurring in normal operation, within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- Improper use and/or improper storage.
- Impaired integrity from outside interference.
- Dropping, impact, applied pressure, spilled fluids.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized persons or companies.
- Malfunctions in the vehicle's electrical system.
The supplier is liable for any lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the contract of sale that exists at the time of delivery of the goods and manifests itself within the warranty period (mentioned in the product) after delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of the Law on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods.
The Supplier is liable under the statutory warranty to persons having the capacity of consumers within the meaning of §6, item 6 of the Additional Provisions of the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods
Any natural person who, in connection with contracts for the provision of digital content and digital services and contracts for the sale of goods, acts outside the scope of his trade or business, craft or profession or within the meaning of §13(1)(1) of the Additional Provisions of the Consumer Protection Act
Any natural person who acquires goods or uses services which are not intended for the pursuit of a trade or profession and any natural person who, as a party to a contract within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, acts outside the scope of his trade or profession.
